We had a lovely 2-night stay. The spacious room had a view and a balcony. The bed was super comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. Staff were pleasant and helpful. It's a short walk to the Rhine and close to restaurants.

I thought the staff were the friendliest that I encountered during my European Vacation. Friendly and helpful. The room was great with plenty of attention to detail. Thanks a lot.
There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

Charming small and clean place, lovely view of the garden. Excellent, stunning location just off shops, river, sights, cable car and train station and a fab Italian restaurant, the main train station and several great restaurants, polite stuff. Also, to the center of town or to the river...

The hotel staff was great. We arrived early and they stored our bags and also offered to store them the following morning if needed. The room was nice as was breakfast. We were within a short walk for dinner options.

cute, cute, cute
The location is ideal for exploring major attractions, just a 7-minute stroll to the Hauptbahnhof and only 15 minutes to sights like the Cable Car to the Fortress. Breakfast offered a great selection of both hot and cold items, perfectly balancing indulgence with variety. The staff were great, especially when I communicated my need for a perfume-free room.
strongly recommend 😊💕

The hotel is in a very good position as regards to transport, shopping, and location. Try and get a room at the back and you have a garden view, which you can use.
The wi fi connection is not very good in certain areas of the hotel.

good ventilation, charming outdoor space, lovely garden terrace
Safe showed a low battery warning and took days to resolve!!! Communication regarding breakfast inclusion was misleading!!! Room cleanliness may need more attention!!!

It has been our second time at Brenner hotel and we were happy with our stay again. Clean spacious rooms with 19th century or so interior design. Good buffet breakfast, staff was really helpful.
This time I found it a little bit overpriced but it might be due to the fact that I booked relatively late.

During our short stay, we appreciated the warm welcome we received at the reception. The room was spacious with comfy beds, and the cleanliness of the well-arranged bathroom stood out. Being able to choose between underground and open-air parking was also a plus. The convenient location made it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Old Castle and Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, which were both within a reasonable walking distance.

Staff were very helpful. The room was good, clean and very comfortable, great shower. The buffet breakfast is fantastic, one of the better ones we have had. I particularly loved the fresh fruit salad.
There is no air-con or fan so left the windows ajar for some fresh air. We ended up shutting them as it was really noisy open. However once shut it was fine. I think it would be good to have a fan in the room.

The location is really excellent - 10 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof, the Rhine, and the Altstadt. Our room - comfort double - was very spacious and had a sitting room area. A very generous size and ideal for a 7 night stay Breakfast at 6 euros per person per night was extremely good value.
